Dr. Abbott is a board-certified Internist and pediatrician practicing hospital medicine at Northern Arizona Healthcare. A graduate of A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, Dr. Abbott earned a Master of Public Health at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine during medical school. He completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a past president of the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr Abbott enjoys teaching medical students and residents in point of care ultrasound, inpatient medicine and pediatrics, and clinical decision-making.

Dr. Bagley graduated from Des Moines University in 2000. He completed his orthopedic residency at Mount Clemens General Hospital from 2000 until 2005. Following this, he completed 6-month orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at the Lake Tahoe Orthopedic Institute and following this he did another 6-month orthopedic trauma fellowship at UC Davis in Sacramento. Following this he went into private practice in the Denver area for approximately the next 10 years and then moved to Navajo Nation where he has been working at Tuba City Regional Health Care since 2015.
Dr. Bagley practices general orthopedics including trauma with an emphasis on knee and shoulder arthroscopy and reconstruction.

Dr. Berger received his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, where he also completed his internship in surgery and finished residency in general surgery. He then completed his fellowship in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery with emphasis on bariatrics at the University of Illinois - Chicago. Dr. Berger then moved to Flagstaff, AZ where he is proud to have started the Bariatric Surgery Center at Flagstaff Medical Center in 2004 and has also served continuously as the medical director. Dr. Berger is board-certified and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is passionate about his involvement on a number of boards, committees, and the opportunities he’s had as a speaker and writer published in various medical journals and beyond. Dr. Berger is continually advancing surgery options and procedures in his various fields of interest, always focusing on patient comfort through their journey. When Dr. Berger is not caring for patients at Flagstaff Surgical Associates, he spends time with his wife and children enjoying the Arizona outdoors.

Dr. Geoffrey Comp completed medical school at KCU-COM in Kansas City, and emergency medicine residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH before returning back home to Arizona. He is currently an Associate Program Director for the Creighton University School of Medicine Emergency Medicine Residency Program at the Valleywise Health Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona (Formerly Maricopa Medical Center). Dr. Comp participates as a leader, mentor, and advocate for wilderness medicine and EM medical education at various levels of education and training. Dr. Frank Dalichow is the Director of Oncology Services for Tuba City Regional Health. He graduated with honors from New York Medical College. He completed is Internal Medicine Residency at Columbia University and completed his Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellowship at the University of Maryland.

Joshua Damian, MD is a surgeon currently serving the Northern Arizona community as part of Flagstaff Surgical Associates since 2020. He treats patients of all ages and genders primarily at Flagstaff Medical Center. A recent addition to the FSA family, he brings his expertise in burn and reconstructive surgery, wound care, surgical critical care, and general surgery to the practice.
Dr. Damian received his undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, then transitioned to medical education at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, Arizona. After completing medical school, he remained a Wildcat for his internship and surgical residency at the University, before completing a fellowship in both pediatric and adult Acute Burn & Reconstructive Surgery and Surgical Critical Care at the University of Texas – Medical Branch, and Shriner’s Burn Hospital for Children in Galveston, Texas. He enthusiastically returned to Arizona to private practice in the beautiful mountains of Northern Arizona.
In addition to his passion for patient care, Dr. Damian also has interests in leadership, institutional change, and the advancement of surgical training. He is committed to medical education and mentoring the next generation of resident surgeons. Dr. Dunn has completed 10 years of educational training, beginning with a BA in Biology, from Southern Utah University, a BS in Nursing from Salisbury University, and culminating with a Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2007. Continuing his thirst for learning, he pursued a combined residency program, where he certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. His residency was through Christiana Care Healthcare System (affiliated with the world-renowned A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children and Thomas Jefferson University), which has been named one of America's top 50 teaching hospitals. Perhaps some of his most intense training has been provided by his own 4 boys, ages 11 to 21, as he has experienced first-hand the struggles and joys of parenting. Jennifer, who often goes by “Jen,” has been employed as a critical care and pulmonary medicine specialist and working with Critical Care Associates of Arizona at Flagstaff Medical Center since August 2017. Her professional responsibilities include management of the medical intensive care units, providing specialty consultation in both critical care and pulmonary medicine as well as outpatient pulmonary services at Northern Arizona Pulmonary Associates. Currently she has an additional role of being the Respiratory Therapy and Pulmonary director for the hospital.
When she is not at work, you may find Jen running the trails behind her back yard, working out in her home gym, traveling with the camper and exploring national parks, or just relaxing and taking a load off with her husband and two kitties. Dr. Gregory Jarrin is the Chief Clinical Consultant for Surgery for Indian Health Services. Rachel Levitan, MD is an Emergency Medicine physician in Flagstaff. Dr. Levitan did her undergrad at Pitzer College with a BA in Chemistry and French. She went to Tulane School of Medicine and did her residency in Emergency Medicine at Maricopa County in Phoenix, then did a medical toxicology fellowship at Banner University and Phoenix Children’s. Dr. Levitan is currently serving as Chief of Staff at Flagstaff Medical Center. In her spare time, she likes to be a typical Flagstaffian – she loves to hike with her dogs. She has a small farm and enjoys spending time with her horses, mini donkeys, chickens, and working in the garden.

Jeffrey M. Vaughn, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in pediatric and adolescent sports medicine. He received his medical degree from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, MO. He then completed an orthopaedic surgery residency in York, PA and Baltimore, MD. To complete his specialty training, Dr. Vaughn did a fellowship in Pediatric and Adolescent Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at Children’s Hospital at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA.

BOARD CERTIFIED DERMATOLOGIST AND FELLOWSHIP TRAINED MOHS SURGEON
A native to Arizona, Dr. Christopher Weyer received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona. He then worked at the Arizona Cancer Center and in Department of Pathology under the direction of Dr. Ray Nagle. While there he researched the growth, invasion, and metastasis of prostate cancer before his acceptance to medical school.
Dr. Weyer graduated from the founding Osteopathic medical school, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. He then completed a traditional rotating internship at Richmond Heights Hospital in Ohio, followed by a dermatology residency in Kirksville, Missouri at Northeast Regional Medical Center. He continued his training with a fellowship in Mohs Surgery at the Center for Surgical Dermatology in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Weyer was employed by the world-famous Cleveland Clinic in the Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Institute as a Mohs surgeon from 2011-2012 before returning to his native home of Arizona to provide quality skin cancer care.

She went to the University of Notre Dame where she majored in pre-medicine and French with a focus on francophone African literature.
